I have found a few schools i am interested in that do not list a recruiting coordinator on their website but instead they have an array of assistants. All of them have emails I just am unsure of which one I would contact about this, thanks!

All of them
The Head Coach.
The smaller schools may not have a recruiting assistant- e-mail the head coach.
If it is a school with a number of assistants their bios may tip off who has recruiting responsibilities. Or look at showcases that the school attends- who typically is going? I would probably e-mail the HC for sure if there is still uncertainty; it will get forwarded to the proper hands.
My thoughts were a combo of TPM and Ripken Fan... check assistant bio's, this will usually tell you who has recruiting responsibilities. Sometimes it is more than one. Copy both the HC and that coach/s that has recruiting responsibilities.
I had the same dilemma.
So is the standard procedure to email the RC and cc the head coach?
If you're a pitcher , you can email the pitching coach.
For D3, my experience was always the Head Coach (and a recruiting coordinator if one was listed).
For D1 communications, it was always the recruiting coordinator (and the Head Coach if sons had a previous relationship). In the absence of an obvious recruiting coordinator, communications went to the Head Coach (and pitching coach if one was designated).
The Head Coach.
+1
Good luck!
You can get additional emails by going the team's website and looking usually under "Athletics" or "Staff Directory"... Send e-mails to all coaches listed as all of them might be involved some way with the recruiting process... Sometimes you need to find contact info on the College's main page under Staff Directory as well...
Good luck.
