right now.gb has a gm. lead over hickory and wb.n.river would have the no.4 seed right now.

Stephen Parson's hit a solo home run in the 4th for the Hawks...
Deep Creek scored 2 in the 4th and 1 in the 5th...
Robert Shubert threw for Hickory giving up 8 hits and John Phelps threw for DC giving up 4 hits... good game for both teams
oh and GB had a 2 game lead on both, being 8-1 and WB and H were 6-3 before tonights play...

This was a good game. The only run of the evening came when nr committed a throwing error scoring one run and then a 2 run homerun over the centerfield wall by Justin Upton. After that the game was locked and neither team could push a run across. Pingel got the win and Hirsch got the loss.
