Why was my post deleted????

Someone felt they should delete the best post that had ever been posted on this site. It was titled DBAT vs. Tigers. It had about 20 different points why no one cared about who is better than who. I would like to know why it was not allowed? My son does not play for either team nor do I have any ties to either organization. I felt it was very balanced and objective. My only connection to either group is my oldest son played for Tommy many years ago and my youngest son got catching lessons at DBAT about a year ago from someone I don’t believe still works there. Who has the power to delete my email when you let TRAIN say “All the wife’s should stay in the kitchen?” Let’s see enough votes from the board members saying. Let’s see the DBAT vs. Tiger post!!!! The post was deleted by the site "owner" (MN-Mom) at the request of a member. I was not involved. However, I did review the post and found it to be somewhat counterproductive. I think we all need to be sensitive to the message board rules and consider one of the primary purposes of the site -- to promote HS baseball by providing valuable information or meaningful discussion (that happens once in a while, eh?) Smile

Iplayed, the purpose of the site is not to "one-up" a specific team or group. In this case, the moderator determined that the post should be removed.

Personal attacks will not be tolerated. Your post was full of them. Flaming is against message board rules.

I read the post. I would have deleted it had I seen it first. Posts being deleted are at the descretion of the owner or her agents. Here is a link to the rules.

OLDBATNEVER I have not forgot about you. I am sure you would cook me a meal next year after we beat you silly!! haha

I was slapped on my wrists by our coach and will refrain fom comments about our Tigers versus DBAT until after Farmington. Big Grin

Actually,,,,,,,,,I really don't want to get into the who will win/beat whom next season between our 2 teams (too much of that was going on last season between you and FMHS) lets just see what the final score is when the game is over......anything can happen.... I know you have a solid team, DUH, Green/Kaskow and company, but it is a funny, funny game and you never know what can happen.......Soooooooo see you at the fields next year......

LIONS is now updating his website to revisit the most famous non-game in the history of TXhsbaseballweb. I know that TCA felt very fortunate and was ecstatic about the rainout so they wouldn't have to play PCA. It was nice, however, for all of us to be able to get together for that short, non-game scrimmage. Wishing all my TAPPS 10A TCA friends and my PCA 5A friends a very Merry Christmas!
