We don't seem to have anyone who posts here from that area, but Amherst is 24-0 this year. They have two dominating starting pitchers but, as we've seen across the state, that didn't help when it got to the third game of the week in the regional tournament. Alleghany seemed prepared to send Amherst to its first defeat and on the road for the state opener, but Amherst won in a WILD finish.
