Maybe he wont turn them around in one year but give him a few years for his philosophy to settle in and you might be suprised. Leo has a knack for teaching guys with talent how to pitch. If you are pitching in the big leagues you have talent....don't be fooled by people who say they don't have the talent....come on... these guys are big leagers, they just need someone with winning experience that they believe knows what they are talking about. Leo will make power pitchers outta power pitchers and nibblers outta nibblers...thats his style. In a few years im gonna come back and say ....I TOLD YOU SO>....lol
