I think those movements from the video can be performed just the same with kettlebells or a medicine ball for a much lower price IMO.
And I'm not too sure if those spinning movements with your arms will really help the ROM and flexibility.
Yeah those movements won't do much. And they especially won't work the "core".
People seem to think if you sit on a stability ball or a balance board you're working the "core"...not true.
