If you go on individual college websites, that he may be interested in, they should have posted their winter camps. Also TPX/Top 96 in New Hampshire, UCONN has a few Dec/Jan. Bobby V/All American Foundation(don't know how good they are) has a few Nov/Dec indoor. There is also a place called Shea22 in North Haven CT, teamed up with a coach from Sacred Heart University in CT and they are hosting some indoors this year.

Here is a description of the event:

The Matt Anderson Baseball Academy will be hosting a Showcase Evaluation Camp on Saturday, January 29, 2011 at the Generation Sports Dome in Muncy, PA. The Camp will begin with Registration from 8:30am to 9:00am. The morning session will focus on evaluating each player's baseball skills. The afternoon will include a pitching discussion, hitting evaluation and culminate with a controlled scrimmage. Players are active for most of the day. Sitting around is kept to a minimum. The staff will include Brad Fidler of the Major League Scouting Bureau, Matt Anderson - full time professional baseball scout for the Florida Marlins, Jason Bell and Eric Folmar from Penn State University. D2 has no quiet period, but does have 2 dead periods of 2 days near the initial dates for early and regular NLI (National Letter of Intent, signaling intent to attend that college) signing

D1 has both dead and quiet periods Dead Period is a time when the college coach may not have any in-person contact with the prospective student-athlete or the prospect’s parents at any time. The coach may write and telephone during this time.

Quiet Period is a time when the college may not have any in-person talk with the prospective student-athlete or the parents off the college’s campus. The coach may not watch the prospect play or practice. The prospective student-athlete can visit college campuses during this time and a coach may write or telephone.

In Division II sports, telephone calls to a prospect or a prospect’s relatives or legal guardian(s) cannot be made prior to June 15 following the junior year of high school. In NCAA Division II, institutions may not provide recruiting materials to a prospect until September 1 at the beginning of the prospect’s junior year of high school. Only NCAA educational materials, camp brochures and questionnaires may be sent to a prospect prior to those dates.

You must be certified by the NCAA Eligibility Center in order to participate in athletics as a freshman at the NCAA Division I or II level.
