BASEBALL WINTER WORKOUT CAMP
RBI the Hudson Valley’s premier indoor training facility will be bringing our instructor’s to the Nyack College bubble located in Nyack, NY to begin training all players for the upcoming 2011 season. This training will take place for 10 consecutive Friday’s starting January 7, 2011 and continuing until March 11, 2011. This workout will run from 8:00pm till 10:00pm.

All of the instructor’s will cover the following topics:
• fielding
• hitting
• pitching
• base running
• sliding
• speed and agility conditioning training
