I am asking for a guy that really knows his stuff about conditioning and baseball workouts to help me out. im a sophmore varsity player at high school. im pretty fast. 5'8 my weight is 138 pounds and i play center field
I really want to know a good winter workout as far as weights go and a good schedule. mainly for hitting arm strength and speed(please add details)
