Wladyka Showcases

Does anyone have any experiences with the Wladyka organization? They had a team entered in our Fall League this year and my son has played them in a few tournaments. The teams were always well Coached and the Coaches were gentlemen. Anyway they are having a BIG showcase at the NY Jets indoor training facility, and have offered a $100 discount to members of our Fall league. I was just wondering if anyone had ever attended their showcases in the past.

Good people, they run a legitimate showcase, with fair feedback. Seem to be more connected on the D2 and D3 level and more of a regional event. The showcase you are referring to is during a D1 dead period, so you won't see these coaches at the event. From my past experience, you will see pro scouts from the area, who are connected with college scouts, as well as D3 coaches.

What year is your son? They also hold a summer and fall showcase.

My son is a 2012. Actually a Showcase that DII and DIII is what we are looking for. Its a little pricey but I only hear good things about the organization. I am hoping to hear from someone who attended their event for their experiences.

Just wanted to be clear. If you are looking to have your son go to a legitimate showcase, and find out were he stands, the rating he gets here will be "real" and give you a comparison to his peers. Make sure your son has been working out and is in baseball shape and ready to perform.
