IN THE 14 YEAR OLD DIVISION
In 14 Year Old Division action on Saturday morning, the Hammerheads took two from the Londonderry squad behind solid pitching performances by Brandon Carter and Justin Shockley. Despite their best efforts the Hammerheads were unable to keep Londonderry's clean up hitter Keagan Smith off the bases who was 4 for 6 on the day with 3 runs scored, 5 runs batted in, 4 stolen bases while collected 2 singles and 2 doubles. Despite dropping two Londonderry remains 1 point ahead of the second place Concord Cannons.
IN THE 13 YEAR OLD DIVISION
Salem Hitters were on fire from the beginning - scoring 7 runs in the first with timely hits by ,Ethan Glynn, Sean Watson, Jared Rooney, Dan Morin and Brad Margraff - Mitch Dufton pitched a 5 Inning No Hitter with great help from his Battery mate Jake White - Defensively Jared Williamson, CJ Beaulieu and Brett Desrochers played great.
IN THE JUNIOR DIVISION
IN THE FIRST JUNIOR DIVISION GAME IN THE HISTORY OF THE GSBA DOVER TOPPED THE HAMMERHEADS 6-2 IN A HARD FOUGHT MATCH. THE JUNIOR DIVISION WILL BE BACK IN ACTION ON JULY 1ST, WHEN THESE TEAMS MEET UP AGAIN AT CAWLEY MIDDLE SCHOOL IN HOOKSETT, NH AS THE HAMMERHEADS LOOK TO EVEN THEIR GSBA RECORD
