My Gosh Holden! I just sort of dropped off the face of the earth there for a while and never checked back to answer your question about Logan. His fall went smoothly apart from suffering a chip fracture on the pinky finger of his throwing hand. He never told anyone except me about it until the fall workouts were over because he feared they'd make him sit. He wasn't in terrible pain or anything so I let it go. The Dr. said it was somethng that would just heal itself anyway. So he did well in the spring workouts and the first ten games of the season (2 in NJ and 8 in FL) went exceptionally well. He's leading the team in average (.476), slugging (.619) and OBP (.593) and was named Liberty League rookie of the week March 17th.
The bad news is they haven't played in over two weeks (since returning north) because of the crazy weather and awful field conditions in upstate NY. Well, such is baseball here in the northeast! I'm hoping the team and Logan are more rested than rusty when they're schedule finally resumes. Check it out:
