Does anyone have any info on this tournament? i.e. What kind of competition is there going to be? What teams are attending? What scouts are going to be there?

Tvyanks, should be the best of the Northeast although haven't seen any teams listed as yet on the PG/WWBA website. I've been checking website as I may be looking to hook my son up with a team that will be participating as it doens't appear his current summer team will be attending and would hate for him to miss such a quality event being an 07. I watched some of last years 18u NE qualifier and can tell you it was awesome.
Tell more about this tourney.
Its a wood bat tourney at Baseball heaven out in Yaphank, should feature top competition in the Northeast. My team Three Village yankees are playing in it. Dont know much else though

anyone have any more info on this tourney now that the teams have been posted along w/ the rosters?
The World Yacht Clippers will be there once again. We played last year and it proved to be a great venue to start the recruiting process for many of our players. With a young roster again this year it should be worth our while. We will also be looking to fill a few roster spots.
We attendend this tournament and were pleased with the event. I'm a little bias because our team (New Jersy Super 17's) won the tournamen however it was well run by perfect game and the facility was fantastic. 
The tournament was alot of fun. However, The Long Island Titans defeated the New Jersey Super 17's in the semifinals by a score of 7-5. The Super 17's are loaded with good players and they know how to play the game. We were fortunate to catch some breaks and get a few timely hits to complete the comeback from a 5 run deficit. We lost in the championship game to Farrah's Builders (NJ) by a score of 1-0.

I believe you were thinking of the of the WWBA Northeast upper-class tournament that had the senior players from the Super 17 team.
