You never know whos watching.

I was at the PG Atlantic Coast Underclassmen event today at Duke University. While sitting in the stands watching my son play a man sitting just down from me came up and said "Are you Coach May?" I said yes of course. He then went on to tell me that he enjoyed my posts on the HSBBW. He went on to say that he never posts even though he visits the site often. It turns out that his son is also an 08 that plays on a team that we played twice last year. His son is playing on the team that is playing my sons. He is a very good player I might add. We spent several minutes talking baseball and sharing thoughts. We exchanged phone numbers and email info after the game was over and our sons got to meet. This site brings people together. It seems that this is happening to me more and more often. You never know whos watching. I hope I get the chance to meet more and more of you over the next several years and especially your sons.
