Youth League Bat Inquiry

I'm wondering if anyone out there in High School Baseball land has any experience with the Demarini Vexxum model bats and how they view them performance wise?

I know this is a highly speculative topic and "the bat doesn't make the player". I'm just looking for a little feedback from those who have some familiarity with this model.

FWIW, my son is finishing up his 10U season with a local travel ball team. He swung a Vexxum this past season and it seemed to suit him, but it has some wear on it and it's time to contemplate a replacement.

All of the top tier bats are pretty much the same. You basically have to pick the one that feels the best. One of the College World Series teams this year used teh Vexxum ... so it is at least decent. Granted they were forced to use them by contract...but clearly they worked well enough.
