The Cubs should try this...

First they should buy up a few dozen of this type of shop.

.
.
Next they should find someone like Michael Segal, president and chief operating officer of Near North Insurance Brokerage, and have that person load up all of these shops with way too much insurance. Segal is in the joint doing time for insurance fraud so the Cubs would have to find someone else...and someone a little more skilled at the game who won't get caught.

NEAR NORTH INSURANCE EXECUTIVE INDICTED ON NEW
RICO AND FRAUD CHARGES IN ALLEGED $20 MILLION FRAUD SCHEME

The defendant, Michael Segal, president and chief operating officer of Near North Insurance Brokerage, Inc., which he controlled through his ownership of its parent corporation, Near North National Group, Inc., allegedly looted a business account that held insurance premiums and knew that it was consistently millions of dollars short.

After that they should let The Bull loose in each of their china shops.

Then file the claims...get the money...let him bore, core, and gore the noisy Boo Birds at Wrigley Field...

.

.
And finally...let him go!

But of course...should he happen to apologize...then who knows?
