I bought the book awhile back. (kind of pricey I think it was). Was going to start to use it in the summer, but ended up having to shut down the arm. The book has a lot of good stretches, workouts, meal plans etc. It also has a lot of pictures to help show how to do each activity. Seems like it is a well structured program and gives many good ideas. Just a little expensive.
For what you get I think it's way over priced.

I also don't see how a regular high school player could incorporate a lot of the work outs into a schedule where he's also doing his high schools proscribed workouts.

Pictures are small, hard to see what athlete is doing.

Not saying the information is not valuable I just wouldn't buy it again myself. For the $$ I expected more than what I got.

I heard it's pretty good :-) I'm kidding, guys... I just updated the entire program at the end of last month and re-did those 500 pics (thanks, cball), as well as added some more exercises, charts and throwing programs to keep it fun and challenging. I recognize it still may not be for everyone, but it's the same program we do in the Cubs organization. (Perhaps that's why we haven't been able to win since the beginning of last century. lol.)
Steven Ellis- I appreciate everyone's feedback including of course your's Mr. Ellis. My son's best friend has been on the program for about 4 months. He had been experiencing periodic shoulder and arm problems previous to starting the program. Since starting the program he has not had a problem! We have been considering adopting "Tuff Cuff"to use program wide at the HS level here and I do believe I am sold.
