10-6A Baseball

I have seen most of the better HS teams in North Texas, including Rockwall & Heath. Both of those teams are very good and their state rankings reflect that. IMO they are the only teams from District 10-6A that have a chance to make any noise in the post season. As long as Trent Starnes is on the coaching staff at North Forney I will never take them seriously.

I'm honestly shocked that Forney has 5 wins. They are super inconsistent and have lost games to Horn, D-Ville, N Mesquite.... The couple of good wins they have are flukey. Oh and WAXAHACHIE LIFE!! They are a baseball power HAHAHAHAHA

North Forney!? They are new to 6A so lets cut them a little slack but I think they are the 5th or 6th best team in the district right now. Rockwall, Heath, and TL for sure are better. But Horn and Mesquite are playing better baseball right now. I was there Tuesday and most of the damage was self-inflicted with walks and errors. I bet Friday is cokmpletely different. Mesquite's Fri guy has beaten Legacy on the road and pitched well most of the season. The hitters at NF hit well Tuesday. But go look at them in games before that

Horn isn't better than NF! But I've seen Mesquite and they are a better hitting team than NF. If they get the pitching tomorrow, they win. Too many holes in the lineup for NF. Legacy will end up the 3rd seed I bet

Most good teams have the same 8 or 9 guys almost every game in their lineup. Fromn what I've seen, North Forney has a revolving door on 3-4 spots. That tells me they have a few hitters and that's it. The Skeeters get them tomorrow. Mark it!

In past years, NF had a huge home field advantage and played really well there. That's gone.

Rockwall and Heath aren't losing the rest of the way. Final Standings:

Rockwall / Heath / Tyler Legacy / Mesquite

NF is better than Mesquite. Period

They were better than Mesquite Horn too but look how that turned out. Just sayin.....
