Princeton is a good team solid all the way around. Good Pitching. They won district last year edging out Celina and Prosper. Should win the new district. They have lost three games to #2 state ranked Prosper. Farmersville could be a sleeper. Lovejoy is ok.

Thanks kdm. I saw Lovejoy beat Prosper and Famersville, and plays Princeton tomorrow. Celina and Prosper seem to be really good teams, too. What about Cuero, where are they located?

I was wrong. Princeton was in the playoffs last year, but Frisco Wakeland won that district.

Looks like Lovejoy did beat Princeton last night. 1-0 in 10 innings, Pitchers duel.

What other teams in the area are really strong in 3A? It seems most of the high rankings are on teams down south? Is Celina good?

celina and prosper have pretty good programs and are in the same district. there are alot of people moving up that way so it might not be long before they are 4A. a little smaller and in the other direction are palmer and sunnyvale. both are 2A and sunnyvale won't have a graduating class until 2011.

Sanger was solid last year. They lost their entire coaching staff and some good players.

Argyle looked more powerful last year than they do now.

One of the coaches from Sanger in now at Celina. Davis will make a great head coach for someone.

Decatur is another team to watch.

I see Argyle beat Prosper anyone have info on this game?
