California tops the list with 14 of the 30 players on the 2004 Junior National Team Trials roster from the Golden State!

And I see at least two terrific representatives from NorCal -- CONGRATULATIONS to the hard-dealing Eric/k's for making it through all the cuts!!!!

And two were from the El Dorado Hills Vipers. I think they and NorCal were the only teams to place more than one on the tryout roster. Three were from the Sacramento region.

Pretty neat when this many Northern CA kids make such an exclusive group, from a pool of more than 800 players to choose from.

OOPS, I thought we were talking about the Youth National Team. The NorCal guys are on the Jr. National Team tryout roster, while the EDH Vipers guys are on the Youth National Team tryout roster.

The final roster has been posted. Nine of the eighteen players selected are from California!

Congratulations to all! (and a special hug for our big guy when he gets home tomorrow!)
