Between the two posts you have game pitch counts and season innings. You can do the math from there.
Why is your son pitching? Your desire or his? Can he play another position? Does your son want to learn the game? Does he throw with out effort?

You asked for total number of pitches, which others provided but you might also be looking for a sanity check. I’d error on the side of playing many more years. Sounds like your son is on the top end of the talent pool, and probably will continue to excel. Had a pitching coach tell my son several times over the past couple of years to “survive youth baseball without a pitching injury” and he’d be ahead of the game going forward (meaning: don’t overdo it).
