How's the tournament going? Any updates? There has to be someone connected to the 15's from one of the Texas teams. Doesn't there?

Several games were postponed or rained out tonight.

How are the area 15's doing in the tournament? ANy news?

Just wanted to give you guys/gals that update on the tournament. Pool play has ended with the top 16 teams going into a championship bracket and the rest to a cons. one. For the most part, the best 16 are in the right place except for the one pool which had Kelly/East Cobb/NorTex in the same bracket...NorTex unfortunately should be in this final 16 as they had the pool play from H$%#. Tournament folks decided to make a change once these 16 teams were decided and moved Kelly away from East Cobb so they would not meet until the finals (if they get there). Seeding has no logic as they attempted to keep teams from the same pool play each other right away (not a bad idea, I suppose). First round of bracket play was today at 2pm...only scores I know are Marshals over Houston Heat 4-3 and Hurricanes over Centex Buzz 4-1. Other matchups were East Cobb/Slam...Columbia/Diamond Devils...Austin Wings/Heat...Stix/MoKan Giants...Slam/Brazos Blaze...Kelly/Whichita Sluggers. Next round is tomorrow morning at 9am and winners play again at 4:30pm tomorrow.

Canes over Marshals 5-0. Will play the winner between Whichita Sluggers vs. Austin Slam Rangers in semi-final games at 4:30 at Ranchview.
