I think it is interesting that DBAT Carpenter is ranked in the 18U but did not make it in the 17U rankings.

In the past Carpenter's teams have been an 18U team with a few 17U on the roster. If that is the case again this year then they would not be considered a 17U team and thus would not be in the 17U rankings.

correct - they are ranked in the 18U teams
