I have seen this done 4 times this year and it has been successful. Do you run the 1st and 3rd play with R1 lead back towards OF grass? What are your coaching points for both runners?

Are you referring to the "skunk in the outfield" play?
don't know what people call it. the runner at 1st leads towards back on infield dirt.
Are you asking about what the teach the runners to do or how the defense should stop it?
What runners are taught. We run 4 plays, different for runner on 1st, runner on 3rd reads ball passed pitcher, I watch for middle cut. I want to know the "rules" for the runner on 1st.
