How on earth do you equate 1sr Year NBA players with 1st Year pro baseball players-- there are no minor leagues or 12 hour bus rides in 1st Year NBA basketball-- the the monthly paycheck is a bit larger wouldnt you say in the NBA for 1st year players ?

They're away from home, adjusting to their first "job", first paycheck, have relatives coming out of the woodwork asking for money. Do I need to continue.
If anyone, I would think someone with all your experience working with Players would see the parallels even if it was posted by me.
