Does anyone have any experience with the new 2005 Easton Havoc? Is it the 2004 Triple 8 with a new paint job? Saw a kid hit a dinger with it the 1st week he had it.

I bought 3 of them for over/under training for my son -9, -8.5, -5. He had very good results with the 2004 Triple 8's durability last year, so I assumed this bat was Easton's replacement. It feels and hits the same. It's a solid bat.quote:Is it the 2004 Triple 8 with a new paint job?

By far one of the best bats out there...i have been lookin for a good bat for a couple of months and when i found this one and hit with it....wow...it has outstanding pop and a great feel to it....definately a great bat...if u like 2 piece go with the stealth bat...i chose the stiff flex (black) stealth and it did wonders too...
