When can 2007 high school baseball players first commit to a college? Is it the same time around the whole country?

They can commit now if they want. Don't know why they would do that...so much can change in a coaching staff or many other things...of our son's final 7 choices, 4 of their pitching coaches changed before he would have got to school there. Thats less than 50%...so why do it even nearly a year earlier? JMO.

But they can commit now.
