2010 17U Don Mattingly World Series ( New Mexico)

I was fotunate enough to witness a championship game last night where the AZ Angels Red team outlasted a game ASBA16U team to win the DM State Championship and represent AZ in the 2010 17U Don Mattingly World Series in New MExico.

The 17U Diamondbacks Scout Team has also earned a spot in the Don Mattingly World Series as a result of winning the Cherry Creek Classic Tournament in Denver, Colorado.

Ryanrod, we went two years ago. It is a fabulous event, with great competition. During the downtime, take the tram up Sandia Peak.

Games will be played at Rio Rancho HS and Rio Rancho Cleveland HS, both fields have brand new "field turf", and both has mostimportantly...covered seating!!!!!

aba.. Do you think weather will cooperate? Also with field turf maybe it is easier to dry if it rains?
