Like to get info on the 2013 Rip It Prototype BBCOR Baseball Bat. My son will be starting high school and is interested in this bat and wanted to see if anybody had used it and get some feedback on it. Thanks

Not sure about 2013's, but previous models seemed to feel end waited. and the 2012 models had some issues with the cap cracking.
I would have you son swing one first. It seems to be a love/Hate kinda thing. Some people love the way they feel others hate them.
Good bat, 400 day warrenty, and a 30 day return policy. Buy one, try it out for 30 days and decide if you like it - no risk. My son has a 2012. He likes the slight end loading and the pop. I plan on getting him a 2013 or 2014 this fall for next season.
Son had the 2013 air proto type. He is a bigger player thought the bat was not enough end loaded. He did say it had very good pop. He sent it back for a refund within 30 days no problem. So in his case he thought it was not end loaded and too balanced for his likes.
