The 9th Annual DFW Metro Scout League will have tryouts Sunday, August 16 at 1pm at The Ballfields at Craig Ranch 4plex. There is no fee to try out. Please bring your own water and equipment to the tryout.

We have made 3 changes to the league that we feel will enhance our players experience:
1. For the first time in MSL history, position players can use metal bats.
2. There will be no segregated sessions in 2015. We have historically played the younger players in the morning and the older kids in the afternoon. This year, the morning and afternoon sessions will host the best 16,17,and 18u players.
3. Rosters will be reduced so players will get more action on the field.
We have averaged 25 coaches/scouts per Sunday and have seen upwards of 40 coaches/scouts on any given Sunday. Because of the talent assembled, the MSL brings the coaches/scouts to the players. There is also no need to travel as we play all of our games in one location.
