My Sons team is traveling to Iowa this weekend for the 2017 Iowa Spring Wood Bat Scout League , what can anyone tell me about this league?

It is a fairly low key League with quite a bit of talent. In fact, all but one player drafted from Iowa over the past 21 years has played in the league. The one player that was drafted who didn't play in the league went in the last round, didn't sign and we were told he was cut from his college team. Sometimes games will draw a large crowd of scouts, sometimes not.
