4-2-4 Transfer

We have a quick question regarding a 4-2-4 transfer. When a player is released from a four year program, and goes to a JC (and earns his AS degree), does he have to send a copy of his original release/permission to contact when making contact with another four year school? We would really appreciate any information!! Thank you in advance!

No, that's not necessary. The permission to contact is only needed so coaches at a four-year college can talk with an athlete who is considering a direct transfer from another four-year college.
