The four Fs is what I heard.  Football, failing, fighting and females.

What's wrong with Football? Have seen several great players play multiple sports.

Blake Brohm was starting DB for WF Rider last year, and signed with OK St. for baseball. Just one of several athletes talented enough to play more than one sport.

it is a great sport, it just can lead to numerous injuries.

My son has had a broken thumb, broken ankle, concussion, dislocated elbow and broken forearm.  All from baseball.  Yet never has had an injury in football.  If we made him quit with a sport because of injuries; his baseball career would have ended before high school.

ALL from the baseball? Sounds like he needs to learn how to catch!

Wow....I may pull my kid out of baseball tomorrow...didn't realize it was so physical. I was never enamored with my pitcher playing in the trenches...I think if he were a skill position I might be okay with him playing football but on the whole it is rougher than baseball. I think mine broke a nail once but not sure.
