A couple of showcase questions for PG

PG was looking at player profiles and reading the players PG report. I noticed this comment "has high waist". What does this mean and what does it say about the player? When teams are put together for a showcase (white,red,blue,etc.)what forumula is used to place players on teams? Just wondering and thanks in advance for an answer.
