Really good article!  Thanks for posting.  I teach similar principles (along with another guy) and we have had really good success. One exception being that we think Driveline is a little too heavy on the use of weighted balls - but that is splitting hairs.   A critical thing to identify in any pitchers's training is, what is the end goal? State of the art training is not gonna make every kid draft worthy.  In fact very few ever get there.  But that doesnt mean they cant pitch.  Point being, if your goal is pro ball that justifies more emphasis on velo.  If your goal is college you better be able to throw strikes or you wont see the mound. I threw 94 mph ball 4 way more often than I care to remember - and I got hit hard on occasion too.  Wasnt till I geared back to 89-90 w/ command - and a good change up - that I got hitters out. Then I got playing time.
