I just heard Erik Nieder, a Junior lefty, just pitched a no hitter for Coppell against Mansfield!!!!!!
I wasn't there but a parent called me to give me the update. WOW!!! At any age that is special, but in High School it starts to realy effect the TEAM around you!! Congratulations Eric!!!
By the way, there is already a special feeling around this Coppell team. All the players are pulling in one direction, even the parents seem to be on board. My kid hasn't thrown a ball yet and I am excited to have him be part of this team. My hope is that they keep this feeling and rely on it when the tough district games start.
