The NHL will play the first outdoor game in the USA today in Buffalo about 1pm (check your listing) in front of 70-80k people. Whether you are, or are not a hockey buff this will be a sight to see. Snow is expected and just the sight of hockey the way I remember it as a kid gives me a rush. This has probably been promoted more in the North, but, you Southern folk can show your sport diversity around the coffee pot on Wed morning by asking if anyone else watched this history making game.

I thought I was the only one watching hockey today with all the bowl games on!

I love watching hockey and the outdoor game was a lot of fun to watch. It sure drags though running the zamboni every 10 minutes and it seemed like it took them forrrrrrrrrrrrrreeeeeeeeevvvvvvvvvverrrr to fix that hole in the ice in the first period.

However, that's the first real chance I've had to watch Sidney Crosby...he did not disapoint.
