I do not know much about showcases. What are they? What do you do there? I'm guessing you go and show off your stuff...hit and whatever else. So please fill me in.

Most common showcase format:

-Sign in
-Warm Up (Throwing/Stretching)
-60 yard dash
-Infield/Outfield (Speed of throw recorded)
-Catcher Pop Times (They are looking for sub 2.0)
-Batting Practice (Wood Bat)
-Live Games (Pitchers throw between 2-3 Innings usually--Velocity recorded)
