for about the last year i have had loose tendons around my rotators cuff and ive been told by doctors that to fix this alls i would have to do is the bungee cord exercises, it basically hasnt eliminated it and i have been doing it every night. I will be playing at the next level in the fall and i really do not wanna go into college with a nagging injury so if anyone could help me out wiht some exercises that have helped you i would really appreciate it. Thanks

I had the same problem this fall, at leas thats what the Big Spring doctor/auto mechanic told me. He told me to do the bungee excercises and those didnt work. So i took about 3 weeks off from pitching and did my jobe workouts with 5lb weights. I also worked in the bungee cords and a lot of push ups. After the 3 weeks I came back and was throwing harder than ever and still am. I think the bungee cords are good, but they dont really have that much of an effect with this injury unless you stop pitching.
