for about the last year i have had loose tendons around my rotators cuff and ive been told by doctors that to fix this alls i would have to do is the bungee cord exercises, it basically hasnt eliminated it and i have been doing it every night. I will be playing at the next level in the fall and i really do not wanna go into college with a nagging injury so if anyone could help me out wiht some exercises that have helped you i would really appreciate it.
