I cannot stand commentators on tv when they do games. In the Iowa / GA Tech game Tech runs the option and the running back has nothing and SHOULD be stopped at the line of scrimmage around their own 15ish. He turns around and tries to make a big play and is almost tackled for a safety. He gets the ball barely out of the endzone. So now they are looking at 2nd and 25ish.

The announcer says "he did a wonderful job of not getting a safety". No he screwed up and should have realized nothing was there and go down. 2nd and 10 is MUUUUUCCCCCHHHHH better than 2nd and 25ish. Just a dumb comment and I'm sure the Tech coach wasn't telling him how great of a job he did.
Iowa has played a great defensive game tonight because trying to prepare for a triple option team is tough. But that is where Tech hurts themself being so one dimensional. See how bad their passing game was when they HAD to move the ball? They are probably a 75% run team and it hurts when you are behind. That's what makes the Tech RB decision to try and make something happen even worse. They don't have the offense to really get 25 yards in 2 plays.
