Another Camp Question

Sorry, will apologize now for another camp question, however Lefty is just starting the process.

Lefty was invited to a camp (no big deal, we have lots of these)....however a few items stood out that has us questioning this one.

Cost....a fraction of the normal published camps
Actual camp....Not published on team site
Max # of attendees.....small group
Offer for tickets for player / parents at Univ game

We are wondering....typical camp letter or interest?

A little of both. D3's do this quite a bit from what I have seen. Cost is usally less with an incintive to attend.
