I posted previously about the problem with the comp bat. Got the Return Authorization number on Apr 23. Shipped the bat, Easton received it on Apr 25. They are supposed to complete the inspection in 3 days...but didn't get to it until the 30th.

They finally posted an update on their website on the 3rd that the bat was backordered. I've spent 4 hours on the phone (2 calls) to find out it was still back ordered and may be shipped next week!!!

I explained it was baseball season, and we really needed that bat...the young lady apologized and said..."I'm really sorry, but it's a popular bat."

I said..."Not any more. I will never buy another. You can't even live up to the terms that YOU published for your warranty."

I filled out the form on the Easton website and was supposed to get an RA number within 24 hours. I waited 3 days, then called. I stayed on hold for an hour and a half before I actually spoke to someone. I was told a replacement bat would be sent out within 5 days, still waiting. Husband went and bought another bat. Oh, I finally got my original RA number emailed to me after 7 or 8 days.
