I suggest you do a search on the entire HSBASEBALL web site (not just Texas) with the words National Collegiate Scouting Association and read the posts.
There are some on this firm and others.

Make your own opinion after reading....

If you decide to use them, please share with all!

Thanks cutter1, I never thought about doing that... doh! I am such a homer.... anyways there were several post and I have made my opinion as well... we'll be mailing out those letters the old fashioned way.
