I am a native Texan but also an "adopted" Oklahoman....does that count? I make a lot of trips to Norman during baseball season and have made a lot of new friends there. Where do you live?

I'm still hanging around...we start our 15U World Series tomorrow in Owasso.

I have to work but I might swing by and check out a game(incoming freshman is supposed to be playing in it)

It is a 15U tourney so there could be some incoming freshman. The Owasso team is last year's freshman team (to be sophs)...we have beaten a MN and NM teams but tonight will be a challenge as we face an all-star NY team. Finals are currently scheduled for Friday night 6pm. You can check out the teams at owassobaseball.com

Okron,do you know who won?

The Dallas Mustang team beat us in the finals. Considering they were drawing from at least 7 high schools in the Dallas area and brought in a pitcher for the finals we felt we held our own with just our original freshman (now sophs) team. We thought we had them with a 3 run lead and 5 outs to go but they could hit and ripped our ace to pull off the win.
