Anyone have any knowledge or experience with this league out in California?

Where does it rate/rank among the various options (i.e.Cape Cod League being considered #1) ?

We live in Sonoma County near the teams and I have placed our Goodwill Series alumni in this league. Several coaches are friends. A very competitive league.

My son missed going into a league last year as a freshman in college due to a long overseas family vacation. This year we want to make sure he does not miss the opportunity to play provided he is healthy.

The one recommended last year we are now familiar with, but this one came as a referral but I had not heard anything about it.

My son played for the Neptune Beach Pearl in their inaugural season.  He enjoyed it and was scheduled to play again the following summer before his arm injury and Tommy John surgery.  

 

During the year he played, I found the talent level to be relatively high with at least a few D1 players on each team and the top teams in the league (specifically including the Pearl and the Humboldt Crabs -- who boast a long tradition and a crazy fan base) playing very good ball in my opinion.

 

We are now a couple of Summers removed from our experience with the league, but if you have specific questions, feel free to start a dialog and I'll answer best as I can.
