Hey, just got in......youngest got run ruled, so the game was over quick!! I left the game early Doc, what was the final score? ML looked OK, don't you think?

Boy, that would be tough to leave a game your son is pitching in.

ML had already been pulled. It was 12-0 after 3, and Coach knew the game was going to end after 5, so he brought in some relief to finish the last 2 innings. My daughter's game was in Mesquite, so I scooted on out early. I know what you mean though, I definitely wouldn't have left had he still been chunkin'.

Well, that's better OP. I've had to miss or leave a few of my son's games, and it kills me to do so. I told my boss this summer after I had to miss the boy's trip to Colorado to play, that for the next 2 years, I didn't care what was going on at work, my son came first. Because it's getting to the point there is a finite number of games to see.

I was glad to see Butler get back on the hill. He's a good kid and has been really down because he hasn't had the innings he wants. Only the big three had innings for the last several weeks.

We have non-district games each of the next two Saturday's, including our make-up game at Ameriquest on the 15th, so there are some others who may get an inning or two as well.

Glad to see the Rock back on a win streak. 4 in a row now, with pretty solid defense and some timely hits. Was that a bomb Beard hit or what. I knew it was gone the second he hit it! Scooter and Clinard also had nice hits. Things are starting to look up in Rock town!!

The other night was pretty cool. My daughter was at the plate at the softball field, and my son was pitching on the baseball field next to it. It was pretty cool!

Naw, just once!! Today was a great day though on that end. Nobody taking money at either Plano or Mesquite! I like it when that happens.
