OK, so I take pretty good care of my arm, I'm a position player.
Recently when I was doing a workout, as soon as I started lifting with my arms (as opposed to legs ) it hurt my throwing arm. My arm usually doesn't hurt, although I think recently I had a dead arm with a loss of velocity, but nothing rest couldn't cure, says trainers.
What do you do when your arm hurts when you lift? Should you not work out arms at all? Swim?
