Here's a fairly short, 3-pitch clip. It is not from a great angle and it was done impromptu without a tripod.

While any constructive comments are appreciated, I'd specifically like to have your thoughts on the arm slot when reaching back. After seeing the video, he knows that he needs to tuck the glove under the armpit more reliably.

Here are my thoughts;

When he breaks his hands he actually pushes them away from his body(toward third), by doing that he then swings his arm way back behind his body, therefore exposing his grip and tipping his pitch.

Personally I like to see the hands breaks down and back and a little earlier. The arm slot should go back a little more and not whip toward first as much, in looking at it frame by frame, it looks like he is lifting the ball, palm up.
I see what lefthookdad is talking about and that is something that can be worked on. The two biggest things I see are his glove arm - as you mentioned - and he needs to use his lower body more. He has a very short stride and is not using his legs very well. Throwing all arm. And dropping that glove will tend to open his front shoulder too early, causing him to drag his throwing arm putting a lot of stress on his shoulder.

It looks like he has good fast twitch muscles and has worked on really trying to throw hard - which is a good thing. Hope this helps some.
