I don't think anyone has posted a link to this yet. It's an excellent article from a recent issue of Sports Illustrated that talks about Halladay's demotion to Class A ball at age 23 and his climb back up. Unbelievable stuff about his work ethic!

Unbelievable. That was a well-written article and not your typical puff piece. I thoroughly enjoyed that.

You got a guy here with white-collar athletic skills and gifts yet who has developed a blue-collar work ethic. From that, arguably you get the best pitcher in the game.
