For a player who will be a JC transfer and redshirted one year of JC (therefore a redshirt junior), what are guidelines for clock ticking for both D2 and NAIA?

Assuming he used two years of eligibility he'd have two more years left. When my son was at a JuCo, there were a few who had redshirted one year in the three years they were at the school. They called them Super Sophomores.
